The Residence (coming soon!)

Wakatobi’s Villa Residences set new standards for luxury eco-tourism. They take  service, comfort, and privacy to a new level while providing exclusive access to one of the world’s finest coral reef ecosystems.

The firs of two four bedroom ‘Residence’ are due to be completed by the end of 2024.

The Residence will be completed in 2024 and comes with its own jetty, boat and chef.

Each Villa Residence is set in a cloistered oceanfront location at the northern end of the Wakatobi Resort property, with private access to the shoreline and sunset views over the water.

Each courtyard Residence provides all the features of a luxury villa and include full kitchens and living areas, ocean-view patios and courtyards with pools, master suites with expansive baths and secondary bedrooms or office spaces.

Bedrooms, lounge and dining areas can be fully opened for an outdoor ambiance or closed for air-conditioned comfort.

Residence guests are provided with a range of bespoke services that include:

  • Personal butler
  • In-residence catering
  • Private boat services that originate from a dedicated landing pier
  • Private Dive & Snorkel Guides

A private pool is incorporated into the interior courtyard.
